TRA: Board approves to issue more than 6.9 million shares

On April 11, 2017, the Board of Directors of Traphaco Joint Stock Company approved to issue shares to increase the Company’s charter capital:

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 6,908,476 shares

-          Total issue value: VND 69,084,760,000

-          Exercise ratio: 10:2 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 10 rights will receive 02 new shares.)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The number of shares distributed to each shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

-          Issue date: in Quarter 2.2017.
