PDR: Board approved stock issuance documents

Based on Decision No.07/2017/QĐ-HĐQT dated April 19, 2017, BODs of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp  approved stock issuance to pay dividends to existing sharesholders documents as follows:

1. BODs approved to issue 20,180,997 shares from the owner’s equity for stock issuance to pay stock dividends to existing sharesholders documents include:

-          Report on the issuance of shares to pay dividends.

-          The audited financial statements in 2015 & 2016 by Vietnam Ernst & Young Co., Ltd.

-          Approval of stock issuance plan according to the Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2017.

-          Based on Decision of the BODs implements stock issuance plan.

-          Other relevant documents.
