Based on Decision No.28/2017/QĐ-HĐQT dated April 20, 2017, BODs of Sieu Thanh Joint Stock Corporation approved stock issuance plan to pay dividends as follows:

-          Stock name: Sieu Thanh Joint Stock Corporation

-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Charter capital before issuing: 197,855,490 dongs

-          Number of outstanding shares: 19,785,549 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 5,935,664 shares

-          Total value of shares expected to be issued (on par value): 59,356,640,000 dongs

-          Charter capital after issuing: 257,212,130,000 dongs

-          Issuing object: exsiting shareholders

-          Exercise ratio: 10:3 (Shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 03 new shares)

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled

-          Time of implementation: Q2.2017 or Q3.2017
