BHS: BODs Resolution on stock issuance result Based on Resolution No.107/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 24, 2017, BODs of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company approved stock issuance result and plan to deal with fractional shares as follows:
1. Approval of stock issuance result and plan to deal with fractional shares:
- Number of shares registered to issue: 38,853,359 shares
- Number of distributed shares: 38,520,053 shares
- Number of fractional shares: 1,306 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: the fractional shares will be cancelled according to the Resolution No.144/2016/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated August 15, 2016.
2. Approval of right implementation result to existing shareholders:

- Time for registration and settlement: from March 16, 2017 to April 13, 2017
- Number of distributed shares: 126,394,086 shares
