-          Stock type: common share

-          Par value: 10,000dongs/share

-          Charter capital before issuance: 182,854,360,000 dongs

-          Number of shares issued: 18,285,436 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 2,000 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 18,283,436 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 5,485,030 shares

-          Total value of shares expected to be issued (on par value): 54,850,300,000 dongs

-          Charter capital after issuance: 237,704,660,000 dongs

-          Purpose of issuance: stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity

-          Exercise ratio: 10:3 (sharesholder who owns 10 shares will receive 03 new shares)
