BHS: Board resolution on capital increase

The Board of Directors of Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company on May 08 approved to register to increase the Company’s charter capital from VND1,295,111,980,000 to VND2,978,744,490,000. 

-          Number of shares after capital increase: 297,874,449 shares

-          Time of change: May 04, 2017

-          Form of capital increase:

• Offering shares to the existing shareholders: 129,511,198 shares;
• Issuing shares to raise funds from the owner’s equity: 38,852,053 shares.
