According to the Resolution No.14/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated May 10, 2017, BODs of Binh Minh Plastics Joint Stock Company approved stock issuance to raise capital documents as follows:

-          Report on the stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity.

-          Copy of business registration certificate.

-          Stock issuance documents to raise capital from the owner’s equity.

-          Audited financial statement at 31 Dec 2016.

-          Resolution of Annual General Meeting 2017 on approving stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity to existing shareholders.

-          Stock issuance plan.

-          Explanatory statement of legal capital.

-          Other documents.
