4. Total issued volume: 153,950,927 shares
5. Outstanding volume: 150,814,862 shares
6. Treasury volume: 136,065 shares
7. Expected issue volume: 153,814,862 shares
8. Total issue value: VND1,538,148,620,000.
9. Issue ratio: 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 new share.)
10. Financial resource: the retained profit according to the 2016 audited financial statements.
11. Record date: May 23, 2017
12. Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
