TNA: BODs Resolution on standard to participate under ESOP

According to the Resolution No.13/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 19, 2017, BODs of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved the standard of employees to participate under ESOP as follows:

1. Standard of TNA’s employees to participate under ESOP:

-          The company’s BODs and Supervisory Board are voted for the period 2013-2017.

-          The Executive Board and managers in the subsidiary, central business and Departments in the company.

-          Key staff have professional capacity, ability to manage and complete tasks well.

-          Senior staff working in the company

1. Principle of stock identification by title:

1. The list was enclosed to the ESOP participants and the number of shares received.
2. Time of implementation: April 2017
