BTT: Decision on stock issuance documents

Based on Decision No.14/2017/QĐ-HĐQT dated April 19, 2017, BODs of Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company approved stock issuance documents to raise from the owner’s equity as follows:

-          Resolution No.01/NQ-2017 dated April 11, 2017 of Resolution of 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved stock issuance plan.

-          Decision of the BODs approved stock issuance plan to raise capital from the owner’s equity.

-          The audited financial statements in 2016.

-          A written explanation of the capital used to issue shares.

-          BTT’s a official dispatch authority to the Baoviet Securities Joint Stock Company.
