According to the Resolution No.03/NQ.HĐQT dated April 18, 2017, BODs of Hapaco Group Joint Stock Company approved the capital contribution in related company as follows:

-     Address: 738 Nguyen Van Linh street, Niem Nghia ward, Le Chan district, Hai Phong city.

-     Total value of capital: 177,000,000,000 dongs

-     Rate of capital of HAP in Green International Hospital Joint Stock Company is 33.65%
