-          Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 20,180,997 shares

-          Total value of shares expected to be issued (on par value): 201,809,970,000 dongs

-          Exercise ratio: 10:1 (Shareholder who owns 10 shares will receive 01 new share)

-          Issung object: exisiting shareholders

-          Time of implementation: Q2.2017
