AAA: BODs Resolution on issuance of shares under ESOP

According to the Resolution No.1904/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 19, 2017, BODs of An Phat Plastic and Green Environment Joint Stock Company approved the issuance of shares under ESOP as follows:

1. Approval of issuance of shares under ESOP plan accoridng to the Resolution of the 2017 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (No.1802/2017/NQ—ĐHĐCĐ) dated February 18, 2017
2. Approval of issuance of shares under ESOP regulation.
3. Approval of estimated issuance time in Q2.2017 .
