LBM: LBM completes purchase of the additional capital

On April 13, 2017, Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material Joint Stock Company completed purchase of the additional capital in Hiep Thanh Brick Co., Ltd as follows:

-          Total value of capital before buying: 7,562,600,000 dongs (60.02%)

-          Total value of additional capital:        2,578,400,000 dongs (20.46%)

-          Total value of capital after buying:   10,141,000,000 dongs (80.48%)
