DXG: BODs Resolution on issuance of shares to pay dividends

According to the Resolution No.21/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 14, 2017, BODs of Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation approved the issuance of shares to pay dividends as follows:

1. BODs approved plan for issuance of shares to pay dividends (Phase 1)

-           Number of shares issued: 253,049,068 shares

-           Number of treasury shares: 250,056 shares

-           Number of outsatanding shares: 252,799,012 shaers

-           Exercise ratio: 100:13 (equivalent to 13%/par value)

-           Number of shares expected to be issued: 32,863,871 shares

-    Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled

1. This Reslution will be effective from April 14, 2017.
