DRC: Board Resolution No.43 on bank loans

Danang Rubber Joint Stock Company (DRC) announced Board Resolution No.43 dated January 18, 2017 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to authorize the CEO to sign credit agreements with banks and the loan balance from time to time will not exceed VND650 billion.
