Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolutions dated January 17, 2017 as follows:

1. Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company changes its technology service center in Yen Bai province from dependent accounting to independent accounting, effective from January 01, 2017.

2. Thac Ba Hydropower Joint Stock Company reprimanded in writing and will transfer Mr. Le Duc Tuan, Chief Accountant, to another position in Quarter I.2017.
