VAF: BODs approved to sign agreements with related organizations

On January 16, 2017, BODs of Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company issued Decision No.04/QĐ-HĐQT & Decision No.05/QĐ-HĐQT dated January 16, 2017 regarding the sign agreements with related organizations as follows:

-      Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company signed an agreement with Hoang Ngan Ltd.Com that related to Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Thach – member of BODs of VAF. Moreover, he is also undertaking the Chairman of Council Members & CEO of  Hoang Ngan Ltd.Com. The contents of some agreements includes the purchase of secpentin ore, rent a warehouse & transportation services.

-     Van Dien Fused Magnesium Phosphate Fertilizer Joint Stock Company signed an agreement with Anh Thai Construction Agricultural Material Ltd.Com that related to Mr. Hoang Van Tai – member of BODs & CEO of VAF. Moreover, he is brother of Mr. Hoang Van Phai – Director of Anh Thai Construction Agricultural Material Ltd.Com. The contents of some agreements includes the Van Dien fertilizer consumption in 2017-2018.
