KSB: Resolution on the content for seeking shareholders’ approval

According to the Board resolution dated January 18, 2017, the Board of Directors of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company approved the content for seeking shareholders’ approval in writing as follows: 

-        Date to send shareholders ballots: January 21, 2017 (expected)

-        Date to receive replies: February 17, 2017 (expected)

-        Dossier of seeking shareholders’ approval:

• Document on the stock issuance with the ratio of 1:1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 new share.)
• Ballot
• Draft of resolution of Shareholders’ General Meeting.
