LBM: Business performance in Hiep Thanh

Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company (LBM) declared additional information on business performance in LBM and its subsidiary as follows:

1. Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company (LBM owns 60.02%):

-        Revenue: VND46,649,306,175 (111.07% of plan)

-        Profit before tax: VND19,020,087,947 (115.27% of the adjusted plan)

2. Lam Dong Minerals and Building Materials Joint Stock Company

According to the Board resolution dated January 16, 2017, LBM announced the 2016 income report of parent company and two companies, but without Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company as follows:

-        Profit before tax: VND48,729,736,000. Of which, VND44,761,903,020 was from the parent company. The profit before tax above includes the dividend of VND2,646,910,000 from Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company and not consolidated with the 2016 income report of Hiep Thanh Joint Stock Company.
