LDG: LDG receives the transfer of stake

On January 17, 2017, the Board of Directors of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company approved to receive the transfer of 99.99% stake in Nam Sai Gon Real Estate Investment and Development Corp. The maximum transfer value will be VND258,000,000,000. The Board authorized the BoD Chairman to negotiate and sign the contract.
