From January 01, 2017 until the present, the total value of packages won by Hoa Binh Construction & Real Estate Corporation reached VND2,135 billion, including the following projects:

1. Evergreen Project

-        Investor: Tai Nguyen Corporation 

-        Value of package: over VND1,000 billion

2. Riviera Point Phase 1B Project

-        Investor: Keppel Land  

-        Value of package: over VND135 billion

3. DPT Residential Project

-        Investor: Khang Dien Group

-       Value of package: nearly VND1,000 billion
