Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company expects to issue new shares to pay dividends for 2014 as follows:

3)    Total issued volume: 34,541,541 shares

4)    Outstanding volume: 34,374,941 shares

5)    Treasury volume: 166,600 shares

6)    Expected issue volume: 6,874,988 shares

7)    Total issue value: VND68,749,880,000.

8)    Issue ratio: 20%

9)    Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit in 2014.  

10) Record date: June 09, 2015

11) Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
