According to the board resolution dated May 29, 2015, the Board of Directors of Southern Hydropower Joint Stock Company approved a record date for the dividend payment for 2014 as follows:

-          Record date: June 16, 2015

-          Payment rate: 15%/par value (VND1,500 for a share)

-          Payment method: in cash

-          Payment date: June 29, 2015.
