     * Dividend payment in cash:
          - Exercise rate: 8%/share (01 share receives VND800)

          - Exercise date: 30/06/2015
          - Place of payment:
               + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
               + For undeposited shares: Hai Phong Electricity Water Machine Assembly Joint Stock on working days from 30/06/2015. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
            * Bonus share issue to outstanding shareholders:
          - Exercise rate: 15% (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 15 new shares).
          - Exercise place:
               + For undeposited shares: Hai Phong Electricity Water Machine Assembly Joint Stock on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required.           - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: Number of shares received will be rounded down to units digit. Odd shares and unsold shares will be cancelled.
