GIL: Resolution on the second dividend payment for 2014

According to the board resolution dated May 29, 2015, the Board of Directors of Binh Thanh Import Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company approved a record date for the second dividend payment for 2014 as follows:

-          Payment rate: 50%/par value (VND5,000 for a share)

-          Payment method: in cash

-          Record date: June 15, 2015

-          Payment date: June 30, 2015.
