–     Purpose            for the payment for 2014 dividend in cash         

–     Dividend pay-out ratio:           7%/ par value (VND700/ share)

–     Payment date:                         June 24, 2015    

–     Place & procedure of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  BenThanh Rubber Joint Stock Company, Lot B3-1, Tay Bac Cu Chi Industrial Park, Giap Hai (D3) Street, Trung Lap Ha Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City from  June 24, 2015.
