– Stock symbol: GDT
– Ex-right date: June 10, 2015
– Record date: June 12, 2015
– Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2014 (15%) and to increase its charter capital from owner’s equity (5%)
– Exercise ratio: 20% (Shareholders are entitled to 1 right to each share that they own and to receive 20 new shares for every 100 rights)
