PJT: The record date for the final cash dividend payment for 2014

On May 28, 2015, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.597/TB-SGDHCM regarding the record date of Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company as follows:

-          Ex-right date: June 08, 2015

-          Record date: June 10, 2015

-          Purpose: to pay the final cash dividends for 2014.

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 5%/ par value (VND500/ share).

-          Payment date: June 29, 2015

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation (Address: Floor 7, 322 Dien Bien Phu, ward 22, Binh Thanh district, Hochiminh) as from June 29, 2015. Please submit ID card on receipt of dividends.
