Becamex Asphalt and Concrete Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors regarding the cash dividend payment for 2014 as follows:

-          Record date: June 15, 2015

-          Payment rate: 25%/par value (VND2,500 for a share)

-          Payment date: June 30, 2015.
