JSC announces the Board Decision as follows:
1.
Dissovling of Song Da 5.02 Enterprise since
15/01/2013
2.
Assign the General Manager to supervise:
- Transfer
assets, motorbikes, equipments, suitable manpower to other units of the company
to rasie up the competitive, save management cost.
- Solve
the assets, finance, and other debts followed by the Law.
- To
engage the procedures to terminate the activies of Song Da 5.02 Enterprise.
3.
The General Manager, Deputy General Manager,
Head Accountant, Head of Departments to perform this Decision.
