On 05/02/2013, Produce and Trading Metal JSC announces the Board Resolution as follows:

1.     Approval and reissuing the internal management regulation.

2.     Approval on the contents to prepare for the AGM 2013 as below:

-       The expected record date for the AGM and the dividend payment of 2012 was 01/03/2013.

-       The AGM date was 30/03/2013.

-       The dividend yield was 15% in cash.

-       Supplement of the member of Supervisory Board.

-       Revoting the Board for the outstanding 2 year of term 3.

3.     Prepaid dividend in cash for 2012 was 15% on 28/03/2013.
