PDC: PDC: Board resolution

Phuong Dong Petroleum Tourism JSC announces the Board resolution approved on 07/02/2013 as follows:

1.     Approval on operation plan 2013 of Phuong Dong Petroleum Tourism JSC.

2.     Assign the General manager to base on the operation plan 2013 approved by the Board at Article 1 to give task to departments to complete the given task.

3.     Member of the Board, Management Board, Head of departments were responsible in implementing this resolution.
