RHC: RHC: Sign Credit investment project into Ha Tay Hydroelectric project

Base on the Circular No. 52/2012/TT-BTC on 05/04/2012 of the Ministry of Finance about the Instruction of Information Disclosure on stock market, Ry Ninh II Hydroelectric JSC announces the signing of the credit investment project to serve the investment for the Ha Tay Hydroelectric project as follows:

On 16/01/2013, at the Agribank Vietnam Gia Lai Branch, No. 25 Tang Bat Ho Street, Pleiku City, Gia Lai Province, the Credit contract signing ceremony between Agribank Gia Lai Branch and  Song Da Tay Nguyen Hydroelectric JSC – Branch company of Ry Ninh II Hydroelectric JSC was held.

The content of the contract: Agribank Gia Lai Branch lend out to Song Da Tay Nguyen Hydroelectric JSC – Branch company of Ry Ninh II Hydroelectric JSC to invest construct Ha Tay Hydroelectric with total amount of VND 158,943,000,000.
