On 17/01/2013. Quang Ninh Book and Educational Equipment JSC announces the board resolution as follows:

1.     Approval the operation report

2.     Deduce in advance the bonus welfare fund 2012 of VND 600 million

3.     Record date on 27/02/2013 to:

-       Expect to hold AGM on 17/03/2013

-       Dividend in advance of 2012 was 16%

-       Exercise the receive right of placement share to raise capital of 20% from the ownership capital.
