HDO: Notice of stock status

On 23/052024, HNX announces the status of Hung Dao Container JSC’s shares (stock code: HDO) as follows:
- HDO shares are put under trading restriction due to the reason the company has not held an annual general meeting of shareholders in the last 2 years; The audit organization have expressed a disclaimer of opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed; The company that are late in submitting semi-annual financial reports for 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 that have been reviewed more than 45 days from the end of the deadline to disclose information according to regulations; The company has negative equity in its 2019 audited financial statements at Point a,b,c,h Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- HDO shares are put under trading suspension due to the reason the company is late in submitting its audited 2023 financial statements more than 45 days from the end of the deadline to disclose information according to regulations, the company has no measures to remedy the cause of the shares being placed in restricted trading at Point e, Clause 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on registration and management of unlisted securities transactions attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by Vietnam Stock Exchange.
