CDO: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM & Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 544/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of CDO stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2023;
- Reason: the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period;
- Other reasons: the company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, CDO must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Consultancy Design and Urban Development Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: CDO) as follows:
- CDO shares are under trading restriction due to the Company was late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2023 and the Audited Financial Statement 2023 for more than 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period as prescribed at Points b Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange. CDO shares will only be traded on Friday weekly when being moved out of trading suspension.
