Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 542/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024 superseding Decision No. 23/QD-SGDHN dated 22/01/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of DIC stock as follows:
- Ground for continued trading restriction: Audited Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: The Company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statement of 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Another reason/Other reasons: The company has negative owner’s equity recorded in Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023; the auditing organization gave disclaimer of opinions on the Financial Statements 2022;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, b and c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company shall send documents to the HNX to explain and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: DIC) as follows:
- DIC shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 542/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024 due to the reasons that the company is late in submitting the Audited Financial Statement of 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure; the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023; the auditing organization gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at points a, b, c Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- DIC shares are under alert according to Decision No. 682/QD-SGDHN dated 07/7/2023 as prescribed at point b, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange due to the reasons that according to clause 2 Article 139 of Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year.
