Decision on being under continued trading restriction on UPCoM
Following Decision No. 543/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024 superseding Decision No. 1100/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2023, HNX announces the trading restriction of DTE stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement of 2023;
- Reason: the company is late to submit audited Financial Statement of 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Other reasons: the company is late to submit reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023 and audited Financial Statement of 2022 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under trading restriction as prescribed in this Decision, Dai Truong Thanh Holdings Energy Investment Joint Stock Company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

Notice of stock status
On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Dai Truong Thanh Holdings Energy Investment Joint Stock Company's shares (stock code: DTE) as follows:
- DTE shares are under trading restriction according to Decision No. 543/QD-SGDHN dated 23/5/2024 due to the reason that the company is late to submit reviewed semi-annual financial statement of 2023 and audited financial statement of 2022 and 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the time limit for information disclosure as prescribed at point b, Section 1, Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange;
- DTE shares are under alert according to Decision No. 695/QD-SGDHN dated 07/7/2023 as prescribed at point b, Section 1, Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Exchange due to the reasons that according to point 2 Article 139 of Enterprise Law, the company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal year.
