PVE: Notice on continued UPCoM trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 527/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of PVE stock as follows:
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023 for over 45 days
- Other reasons for trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Reviewed financial statements 2022, 2023 for over 45 days
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable laws: Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, PETROVIETNAM ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY JOINT STOCK COMPANY  must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.1106/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2023.

On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of PETROVIETNAM ENGINEERING CONSULTANCY JOINT STOCK COMPANY ’s shares (stock code: PVE) as follows: PVE shares are under continued trading restriction since 23/05/2024 according to Decision No.527/QD-SGDHN because the company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023 for over 45 days; the company was late in submitting Reviewed financial statements 2022, 2023 for over 45 days as prescribed in Point b Section 1 Article 36 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022
- The company is put under alert according to Decision No. 683/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023 because the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law; The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at Points a, b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
