PEC: Notice on continued UPCoM trading restriction and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 557/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of PEC stock as follows:
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Audited financial statement 2023 for over 45 days;
- Effective date: 29/05/2024
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Power Engineering JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Power Engineering JSCshares (stock code: PEC) as follows: PEC shares are under trading restriction since 29/05/2024 according to Decision No.557/QD-SGDHN because the company was late in submitting Audited financial statement 2023 for over 45 days as prescribed in Point b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022
- The company is put under alert according to Decision No. 440/QD-SGDHN dated 16/05/2023 because The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at Point a Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
