NGC: Notice of stock status

On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Ngo Quyen Processing Export Joint Stock company’s shares (stock code: NGC) as follows: NGC shares are under continued trading restriction since 23/05/2024 according to Decision No.511/QD-SGDHN because the company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023 for over 45 days; it had negative owner equity in Audited financial statements 2022 as prescribed in Points a,b Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022
- The company is put under alert according to Decision No. 707/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023 because the company did not organize Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in the most recent 02 fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of the Enterprise Law; The audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more as prescribed at Points a,b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
