TKC: Decision on continued trading restriction and Notice on stock status

On 23/05/2024, HNX announced that the following stock remains under trading restriction Decision No. 533/QD-SGDHN:
-  Issuer: Tan Ky Construction Real Estate Trading Corporation 
-  Stock code: TKC
-  Effective date: 23/05/2024
-  Reason:  The Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure
- Other reason: The Company was forced into delisting over its failure to fulfill financial obligations to the stock exchange under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government detailing implementation of certain articles of the Law on Securities 
- Trading restriction: Trade is availably only every Fridays from the date of being lifted out of trading suspension
-   Applicable regulation: Points b and g section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Within 15 days from the date of this Decision as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, the Company shall send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This Decision supersedes Decision No. 116/QD-SGDHN dated 13/03/2024 by the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock under trading restriction.

 Notice on stock status
On 23/05/2024, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on the stock status of TKC shares as follows:
-  TKC shares are under continued trading restriction under Decision No. 533/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024 as the Company was late in submitting the Audited Financial Statements 2023 for more than 45 days over the due date and also forced into delisting out of their failure to fulfill financial obligations to the stock exchange under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government detailing implementation of certain articles of the Law on Securities; 
-  TKC shares are under trading suspension Decision No. 117/QD-SGDHN dated 13/03/2024 as the Company was forced into delisting out of their serious infringement on information disclosure under Point o Section 1 Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP.
