G20: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM and Notice of stock status

Following Decision No. 520/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of G20 stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statement 2023;
- Reason: the Company was late in submitting the audited Financial Statement 2023 over 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure;
- Other reasons: the company had negative owner equity in the audited financial statement 2021; the auditor gave their disclaimer opinion on the financial statement 2021; the company is late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 and audited financial statement 2022 for more than 45 day
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Points a, b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction, the company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.

On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Vinh Phuc Textile Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: G20) as follows:
- G20 shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reasons that the company had negative owner equity in the audited financial statement 2021; the auditor gave their disclaimer opinion on the financial statement 2021; the company is late in submitting the reviewed Semi-Financial Statements 2022 and 2023 and audited financial statement 2022 and 2023 for more than 45 days from the deadline of information disclosure according to Points a, b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange;
- G20 shares are put under alert according to Decision No.696/QD-SGDHN dated 07/07/2023 because the company did not organize annual general meeting of shareholders 2023 within the time limit from the end of the fiscal years according to Clause 2, Article 139 of Enterprise Law; it belongs to the cases under Point b Clause 1 Article 33 of Regulations on Registration and Management of Transactions of unlisted securities
