RCD: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM & Notice of stock status

Following Decision No.523/QD-SGDHN dated May 23, 2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of RCD stock as follows:
- Base for consideration: Audited Financial Statements 2023
- Reason for continued trading restriction: The Company was late in submitting Audited Financial Statements 2023 more than 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period
- Other reason: The auditing organization refused to comment on the 2022 financial statements
​- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable law(s): Point b, c Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Rubber real estate construction joint stock company must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.407/QD-SGDHN dated 25/04/2023.

Notice of stock status
On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Rubber real estate construction joint stock company 's shares (stock code: RCD) as follows:
- RCD shares was put under trading restriction according to Decision No.523/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024 because the Company was late in submitting Audited Financial Statements 2023 for over 45 days from the end of the prescribed information disclosure period; The auditing organization refused to comment on the 2022 financial statements under Points b, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange
- RCD shares are on alert according to Decision No.717/QD-SGDHN dated 07/07/2024 due to the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting 2023 within the maximum period from the end of the fiscal year as prescribed in Clause 2, Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises, in the case of trading restriction under Point b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
