BII: ​Decision on continued UPCoM trading restriction and Notice of stock status

(1) Decision on continued UPCoM trading restriction
Following Decision No. 540/QD-SGDHN dated 23/05/2024, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of BII stock as follows:
- Reason for continued trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023 for over 45 days
- Other reasons for trading restriction: the company was late in submitting Reviewed financial statements 2023 for over 45 days,  The Company is forced into mandatory delisting out of the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2022
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly;
- Applicable laws: Point b, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
Within 15 days from the date the stock is under continued trading restriction as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, Bao Thu Industrial Development and Investment JSC  must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
This decision replaces Decision No.1096/QD-SGDHN dated 20/10/2023.
 (2) Notice of stock status
On May 23, 2024, HNX announces the status of Bao Thu Industrial Development and Investment JSC’s shares (stock code: BII) as follows: 
- BII shares are under continued trading restriction since 23/05/2024 according to Decision No.540/QD-SGDHN because the company was late in submitting Audited financial statements 2023 for over 45 days; the company was late in submitting Reviewed financial statements 2023 for over 45 days, The Company is forced into mandatory delisting out of the auditor gave disclaimer opinion on Financial Statement 2022 as prescribed in Point b, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations on Organization and Management of the UPCoM Exchange attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022
- BII shares are under alert since 13/07/2023 (Decision No. 688/QD-SGDHN dated July 07, 2023) as the Company has not organized Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for 2023 fiscal years in the time limit from the end of fiscal year Section 2 Article 139 of the Law on Enterprises as prescribed in Points b Section 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
