HTN: Board resolution on capital increase

On December 13, the Board of Directors of Hung Thinh Incons Joint Stock Company approved the report on results of stock issuance for dividend payment. Therefore, the Company completed the increase in charter capital from 495,092,010,000 dongs to 891,164,110,000 dongs after issuing 39,607,210 shares for dividend payment.
