-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 5,300,000 shares

-          Issuance price: VND10,000/share

-          Ending date: December 06, 2021

-          Time for transferring shares: after the end of the transfer restriction period.

-          Time for transfer restriction:

+ 100% within 12 months

+ 50% within next 06 months

+ 50% after 12 months

+ All shares will not be restricted transfer after 18 months.
