TVB: Approved the result of stock issuance under ESOP

The Board resolution dated December 07, 2021, the BOD of Tri Viet Securities Joint Stock Company approved a report on result of stock issuance under ESOP with details as follows:

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 5,300,000 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 5,300,000 shares

-          Issuance price: VND10,000/share

-          Number of distributed employees: 57 persons.
