SAM: Board resolution on the issuance of an irrevocable letter of credit

According to the Board Resolution dated December 09, 2021, the Board of Directors of SAM Holdings Corporation approved the issuance of an irrevocable letter of credit to guarantee all of credit obligations of SACOM Wires and Cables Joint Stock Company at TPBank.
